My game plan is to use my WorkOut Anytime membership that I’ve been paying for since last year and not using along with eating a limited amount of carbohydrates (carbs). So I’ve decided to, once again, resolve to lose weight. But how many of us actually keep those resolutions or goals that we set? Not many I’m sure. It’s that time of year again, the time for making resolutions to better ourselves.
